What is Give 4 Life?

On January 2, 2007, Community Blood Bank will start a donation frequency program entitled “GIVE 4 LIFE”.  This program is designed to encourage and thank blood donors like you for increasing or maintaining your donation frequency.  By donating blood four times within a 12-month period of time you will help ensure that blood is available for patients in all seasons. You will automatically be enrolled in the “GIVE 4 LIFE” donation frequency program with your first donation after January 1, 2007.  At the completion of your fourth donation within a 12-month period, you will receive a special recognition T-shirt unique to the “GIVE 4 LIFE” frequency program.

 Gallon Recognition 

Donors are recognized for their on going support of the local blood supply, when they make their gallon donation milestones.  Donors have an opportunity to choose from the thank you gifts listed below when they reach their designated gallon marker. 

2 – 4 gallons: Choice of t-shirt, Donor Band, or gallon pin 

5 – 9 gallons: Choice of one of the following items: Car Wash (compliments of Super Wash), t-shirt, travel mug, screwdriver, embroidered cap, gallon pin or ice cream spade 

10 gallons and above:  $20.00 gift card to The Empire Mall (compliments of The Empire Mall) + gallon pin (if desired)
